POST CONGRESS TOURS REGISTRATION INFORMATION

The Post Congress Tours will be organised by Local Tour Organisers. For programs and schedules of the tours, please visit the Congress web site or see Post Congress Tour Information Sheet or contact the Local Tour Organisers (see below). Participants intending to join one of these tours are kindly asked to return this form to IARF Congress Office in Budapest at their earliest convenience, but not later than 15 June 2002. This form will be forwarded to the Local Tour Organisers.

• In case of credit card payment the IARF Congress Office in Budapest will transfer the card information to the Local Tour Organisers if it is on the IARF Congress Registration Form otherwise,
• bank transfers have to go directly to the bank account of the Local Tour Organisers indicated on this Registration Form.

The Local Tour Organisers will confirm your registration upon receipt of the payments. For all further requests, changes, cancellations, refunds, invitation letters for visa application, etc. please, contact the Local Tour Organisers directly.
The Local Tour Organisers or their representatives will be available at the Post Congress Tour Desk during the Congress.
Please note the Local Tour Organisers keep the right to cancel the tours in case of low attendance.
