Abstract Submissions

The Congress accepts one paper per person, be the submitter (presenting author) a symposium speaker, or an independent speaker in other sessions. However, a paper submitter (presenting author) is free to participate in other symposia/sections in the capacity of organizer, adviser, commentator or debater, etc.

Abstracts must be prepared using the Abstract Form.
All abstracts of the regular sessions will undergo a peer review process. Abstracts should be uploaded electronically to the Congress website between 1 November 2008 and 15 February 2009. Abstract received after 06 March 2009 will not be accepted. Only one paper per person can be uploaded.

Authors of the symposia papers will be provided a special pin for uploading their abstracts.

Before starting upload, please, consult the list of regular sessions and choose the one you want to include your paper in. Submitters of  a symposium paper are kindly asked to use the “pin code” provided by the organizer(s) of their symposium for the upload.

UPLOAD OF ABSTRACT

Presenting authors will be informed about the acceptance of their papers by 15 March 2009. Papers will only be included in the Conference program and the Book of Abstracts, if the presenting author pays the registration fee before the early registration deadline (15 April 2009) or she/he is granted with a free registration by LOC.
