Registrations will not be processed without payment.
Payments can be made by credit card (off-line) or bank transfer.
You will receive confirmation of your payment by e-mail.

Please note that payments sent by bank transfer must be free of charges for SCOPE Ltd, and that the cut-off date for early and late registrations will be strictly enforced.

On-site payments

Only cash (EUR or HUF) will be accepted for on-site payments. ATMs are available next to the Congress venue.


Cancellation/refund policy

Cancellation of registration fees must be submitted in writing via mail, fax or e-mail. Cancellations received before 31 May 2009 are subject to a 30% administrative fee. No refunds will be paid after 31 May 2009
