Accommodation

Block reservations for ICHST2009 participants and accompanying guests have been made at special rates in several hotels and hostels of different categories with easy access to the Congress. Reservations should be made directly to the hotel by using the reservation form of the selected hotel available on the Congress website.   Please note that the number of rooms is limited in some hotels, therefore you are kindly asked to make your reservation at your earliest convenience but no later than 30 April, 2009.

Please note, the special rates are only valid from 27 July 2009. Prices before that date will be much higher and reservation will be difficult as all hotels will be overbooked due to the Formula-1 Budapest Grand Prix.

After 30 April 2009 reservation is subject to availability.
