Dear Chairperson at SYMMETRY FESTIVAL 2009!

Thank you very much for accepting to chair a session at Symmetry Festival 2009!
This is a great honor for us, and a great appreciation for you.

You are kindly asked to follow the simple and painless instructions
listed below:

1. Prepare yourself for your important honorable duty.
- Study the program of your session
- Contact the speakers in advance
- Make aquainted with the theme of their presentation
- Learn the basic information on the speakers
- Practise to pronounce their names properly

2. When you give the floor to the consecutive individual speakers to
present their lecture, please introduce them in two sentences: where did
she/he come from, and what are her/his main achievements (e.g.,
publications, etc.) or other merits (everybody has something worth
mentioning).

3. Keep the time schedule very strictly. Keep smiling, but be hard and
relentless.

4. At the end of a presentation, please, summarize the essence of the
theme of the lecture in one sentence, and formulate at least one
question that came up in your mind while listening the lecture, which
may initiate the discussion.
