GRANT APPLICATION

Application for reduced registration fee, or for full waiver, can be submitted to the organisers by 15 February, 2009.
The amount of grants to be awarded is limited.
A precondition of grant application is an accepted paper.

Applications will be judged and ranked according to the following two cirteria by
31 March, 2009:
- Expected standard of presentation and impact of the submitted paper;
- Social indications (please, specify).


METHODS OF PAYMENT

Registrations will not be processed without payment.
Payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer.
You will receive the confirmation of your payment by e-mail.

Credit cards
AmEx, Eurocard/Mastercard and Visa are accepted.

In the case of bank transfer the proof of remittance has to be sent (preferably by fax: +36-1-386-9378) to the Symmetry Festival Secretariat. In order to be able to identify payments, please make sure that the name of each Conference participant is clearly indicated on all documents.

Please note:
- payments sent by bank transfer must be free of charges for the SCOPE Co. Ltd.
- the cut-off date for early registration (15 April 2009) will be strictly enforced
- for on-the-spot payments credit cards (AmEx, Eurocard/Mastercard, Visa) and cash (HUF) will be accepted.


CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

Cancellation of registration fees must be submitted in writing via mail, fax or e-mail. Cancellations received before 31 May 2009 are subject to a 30% administrative fee. No refunds will be paid after 31 May 2009.
