On-line registration

On-line registration is preferred.

 

Off-line registration

 

You may wish to register via fax or air mail. Please do not register both on-line and off-line. If you register off-line, please complete the off-line Registration Form (*.rtf or *.pdf) and return it to the MITIP2006 Secretariat (fax: +361 386 9378, postal address: MITIP2006 Secretariat, Viktor Richter, c/o MTA SZTAKI, H-1111 Budapest Kende u. 13-17. Hungary)

*	A letter of verification from the head of department must accompany student registration. Any registrations received without a verification letter will NOT be processed.

 

The registration fees include:

l	Buffet lunches,
l	Coffee breaks,
l	Conference dinner.

  

Payment information

 

- Registration is completed on receipt of the payment.

- Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer.

- You will receive confirmation of your payment by e-mail.

American Express, EuroCard/MasterCard, and VISA are accepted.  

 

2. Bank transfer

 

Payment by bank transfer should be sent to the following account:

 

The proof of remittance should be sent (preferably by fax: +361 386 9378) to the MITIP2006 Secretariat. Please, make sure that the name of each Conference participant is clearly indicated on all documents.

Payments sent by bank transfer must be free of charges for SCOPE Meetings Ltd.

Cancellation/refund policy

 

Cancellation of registration must be submitted in writing via post, fax or e-mail. Cancellations received before 25 August, 2006 are subject to a 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be paid after 25 August, 2006.
